Hi thereNew to Bynder. Is it possible to customise the presentation layer of the Bynder instance - to adjust and alter design components like the way the thumbnail list view pages are showing and site-wide elements like that. Much like you do in eg. wordpress.Cheers,M 

When I call /api/v4/media?type=image, the URL in the webimage field always returns an image with a size of 600x600. Is there a way for me to modify this size? For example, I would like to retrieve images with a size of 800x800.

We have just discovered that on 9/21 Media Items stopped being returned using the API in our production environment.  Update this is not a SNS issue it is a media items issue.

Hi, anyone find a way to create nested collections?  I’d like to have a general collection that would  then contain sub-collections.  This would be publicly-accessible, too.Thanks,John

Hi All, PLEASE Can you help me figure out why I'm struggling to do this simple procedure. I took over the Administration of our Bynder Portal at the beginning of this year and following a big push to get all our assets into Bynder, I now need to add a large amount of display files to a public collection my predecessor created before leaving. This collection is one of the tiles on the landing page of our Bynder Portal. I pulled up all the "Display File" assets and began the process of adding them to the collection, however, I see every other collection option except the one I need.I then did some research in the Bynder knowledge base and found the details to transfer ownership, so that I can have access to add more assets. I began the process and as the Admin, I'm able to pull up the collection under my predecessor's name and I'm able to select it, and I'm able to start the transfer process, HOWEVER, when I need to select a name of someone to transfer it too, I don't find any of the nam

Hi, Backgroundi am the admin for company bynder portal, i tried to retrieve around 3k of collections through API by looping through page (/api/v4/collections/?limit=1&page={number}) until no result ProblemI used multithread to request, but will occurtotal records fall shorts, meaning total 3k, but in the end i will only get around 2.5k duplication (multiple records with same id been requested) QuestionHow can i request all bynder collection accurately without duplication  thanksJonathan

We are having an issue when very similar files are showing up in our duplicate finder. We have many images with only a slight difference in them. I wish there was an option to ignore when file names are different. Here are lifestyle images with different file names that showed up as duplicates  If we want to keep both I guess they will forever show up on our duplicate finder list. Which after a while makes it time consuming to manage.Is anyone else having an issue with this, and does anyone have a work around?My apologies if this has been brought up before. Thanks, Glenn Bassett 

I’ve run into an issue when embedding a collection on a web page. It works fine on desktop, but on mobile view, the lightbox popup doesn’t scale to fit the screen, and essentially crops off the image, only showing the right hand info box and download button.Has anyone found a fix for this?

HI, We have a problem where when we search for an image using the filename, sometimes that image won’t appear--even though it is in Bynder (and approved). I can search for something else and I will find that image. Then when I come back to search for the original image that didn’t show up in my search, it is present and I get search results. This is quite an infuriating problem as we use Bynder for images on our website and sometimes we get missing image even though they are in Bynder and have shown up before (or the other images show up).

Hi! Does anybody know how to upload a video but with editable subtitles, I mean that the video with x subtitle language could be edited in the same font, color, etc. of the original video. I want to create a template in the video.SOS

Dear Team,hope you are doing well! We have issue when we upload the assets, when we upload assets in Bynder the asset title is showing “Untitled design - 1” instead of asset original name. we have followed the Bynder naming convention.please verify attached screen shot of the issue.  

Hello Bynder DAM aficionados, I have a question regarding brand guidelines pages. Is there a way to add animations, fades, pop ups, and transitions to our pages? For example, when you scroll down through the page, the first image appears, then the text titles, and then the paragraph transitions? Wanted to build a better layout, let me know if you have any other tips.Best,Bennett

Hi Bynder Community - Newbie on the scene.  Looking forward to getting new insights, tips, and tricks.  One area I would like to immerse my Digital team in is any beneficial in-person seminars or events surrounding DAM.  We are fairly new to the playground, centralizing our assets and connecting them to our PIM and retailers.  Knowledge is power, and we want it!  Feel free to share any tips, tricks, trainings, seminars, podcasts, etc. you felt helped your company become more successful in this space.

Hi, I am new supporting our team at Cityside Journalism and have a question about uploading items to Bynder. Apparently when an image is uploaded and metadata is entered manually, the Year field seems to max out at 2023.  Is there a reason why it does not include the current year? Before I explore further how to do this manually or through a custom metadata, I’d like to see if there is another solution. Thanks in advance. 

Would love it if you could sort collections by date modified, would be super helpful when trying to find the most recent collection you added to. Date added is less helpful often than date modified which tells me more about what I’m currently using. Would also be happy to see that as a sort option in all the modules. Thanks!

Hi,I am trying use bynder sdk to integrate with my python project. I was able to install it into virtual environment successfully. Folders got created and it appears in pip list as well.But when i try access it in my python code, it errors out sayingModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'bynder_sdk' I need to integrate it with bynder at the earliest. Any solution/input/suggestion/recommendation is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, currently we cannot filter by user groups in our Standard Analytics, only individual users. When reviewing Advanced Analytics, it appears that feature is also missing. Can filtering on user groups be added as a product request to Standard Analytics or at least Advanced Analytics. 

Is there a way to send people directly to a digital brand template or a category of digital brand templates? And can we make it so light users can see the categories to choose from without having to hit create new? Most of our users don’t understand there are so many to choose from and have to be instructed to click create new, it’s not intuitive. And it would be more enticing if they could see all the categories to choose from. Thanks!

Hi all, I need to resend a user an invite, however the RESEND EMAIL button doesnt appear when I follow the Knowledge Base instructions.Settings/Users & Rights/User ManagementSelect the UserSelect the pencil to edit which takes me to the user’s details but nowehere can I see a resend invite option.Hoping someone can advise. Many thanks 

Does the Google Drive integration also allow the metadata tags that are assigned to a specific file to be written back to that file within google drive?For example:  In a file that is a JPG image within google drive, would Bynder be able to write back any metadata attributes back to the image file in drive and place those details within the “details” field of the file?A sample set of metadata may be:Tier: PreferredMembership: ClientTerritory: TXConference: ISTE 2022
