As a content owner from Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, I want to be able to download all my content in mass so we can track, use and share at our will. This is Strongly needed.

Hi @Ramon Hurtado , you can technically download all content en masse, either using the select all button or by adding it to a collection and downloading the collection. However, once you download all of the assets, they would be harder to track outside of a digital asset management system.

As @Joe Hess mentioned, you can create a collection and share that out. If the assets require specific permissions to use, you can ask your CSM to toggle the sharing override option for collections, which allows shared collections to override viewing permissions. This allows assets within a collection to be viewable to anyone outside of Bynder as long as they have the direct link.

While I don’t share all assets, we have a set of assets that we add to a public collection, that non-Bynder users can access and search through.

Hi! Download from where? Share to whom? If you have it in Bynder’s Asset Bank, then you should be able to add whatever content you like to a collection and then share it from there to whomever you like.
