Text formatting from Word to an item

Hi,I want to paste text from a word document into an item so that I can then copy-paste content from the item into a Drupal page. My question is: If I copy-paste text with links from a word document into an item inside a text field, will additional HTML from word be imported with that too or would that be removed/formatted?The word doc has lots of links and I wouldn’t want to readd them manually in the item. But I just want to make sure that this automatic action doesn’t add “rubbish” html from word to the item and then to the Drupal page.  Thanks!

Who to contact about trouble with the Bynder Plug-in for Wordpress?

Hey Bynder Community,     I am at the start of rolling out Bynder to my entire companies creatives, executives, and sales teams. A real tough spot has been getting support from the “support@bynder.com” and success team. I’m on  a time crunch and they just haven’t responded to our issue we put in early this week.The issue: Currently, we have hit a roadblock with my dev team setting up the bynder plugin on our companies website. When they try to set up the integration, they get a message “No integrations yet, please contact customer success manager.” I have two questions.Is there a way to put this in place ourselves? How can I figure out who my customer success manager is?I’m not sure if it is the guy who has responded back to previous e-mails to the customer-success e-mail or if I should be looking for someone else. I am currently just waiting for responses from the support and success e-mails and its not going over well with management.  Thank you all.

Examples of privacy policies?

Is there a standard boilerplate for DAM privacy policies? Is there one specific to healthcare? I aim to involve our legal department but wanted to find out first if “they’re basically all the same.”

The peer-to-peer connection program aims to provide a space where Bynder peers can connect virtually and share resources, knowledge, and support. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy. Notification of Cancellation:All cancellations must be communicated via the program’s designated communication channels (e.g., email, calendar invite, directly to the Community Manager) Participants are encouraged to notify their peers and the Community Manager as soon as they decide to cancel.Cancellation Window:Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Why don't I receive a notification before I exceed my license limit?

 To provide a better experience for my colleagues using Bynder, I wanted to provide an update in advance on how many licenses we have left. Can I receive a notification whenever we are reaching the limit?

Support Tab on Login

Hi. Can someone explain the Support Tab on the login page, we are testing it out and Admin has not received any notifications. Is this tab for Bynder Support or Admin Support? Sorry I have not been able to find any topics on this. This would be awesome for a user to request an account. Right now users are going to our IT dept.

You can sync assets from a Cloud Storage service to Bynder, say what!?

Many of our customers have shared that cloud storage services like Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox are an integral part of their day-to-day processes. They have asked for a more seamless way to connect with these cloud-based storage services and simplify syncing of their assets. As a result, we have developed a connector for Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox. With these integrations, users can sync finalized assets from a chosen folder to Bynder for use across their organization. How does it work? Configuration is simple.
