The peer-to-peer connection program aims to provide a space where Bynder peers can connect virtually and share resources, knowledge, and support. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy. Notification of Cancellation:All cancellations must be communicated via the program’s designated communication channels (e.g., email, calendar invite, directly to the Community Manager) Participants are encouraged to notify their peers and the Community Manager as soon as they decide to cancel.Cancellation Window:Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Your calendar invite gives you full edit rights. If you run into issues, please reach out to our Community Manager (see contact at the bottom of this article).No-Show Policy:If a participant fails to attend a session without prior notice ("no-show"), it will be recorded. Why don't I receive a notification before I exceed my license limit?

 To provide a better experience for my colleagues using Bynder, I wanted to provide an update in advance on how many licenses we have left. Can I receive a notification whenever we are reaching the limit?

Support Tab on Login

Hi. Can someone explain the Support Tab on the login page, we are testing it out and Admin has not received any notifications. Is this tab for Bynder Support or Admin Support? Sorry I have not been able to find any topics on this. This would be awesome for a user to request an account. Right now users are going to our IT dept.

Bynder has two similar available plugins to access your files from Adobe Creative Cloud applications:Bynder CC Connector and LinkrUI. They are distinct applications with varying features. You can sync assets from a Cloud Storage service to Bynder, say what!?

Many of our customers have shared that cloud storage services like Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox are an integral part of their day-to-day processes. They have asked for a more seamless way to connect with these cloud-based storage services and simplify syncing of their assets. As a result, we have developed a connector for Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox. With these integrations, users can sync finalized assets from a chosen folder to Bynder for use across their organization. How does it work? Configuration is simple. Configure the connector from within Bynder’s settings, selecting the folder or folders to be served. There are a ton of AI technologies, albeit, most are very new and in beta, out there today. Just Download Asset Metadata with the CSV Metadata Download Feature!

“Has this ever happened to you?” You want to view and use the metadata in your assets in outside of Bynder but when you go to download a CSV of your metadata it downloads the physical assets along with the metadata?  If the answer is yes, we understand how frustrating this can be. As an onboarding manager, I have heard from many customers asking about this and I’m sure many of you have as well. We are proud to say those days are over. That’s why we recently introduced the ability to download just the metadata information to a CSV without downloading the physical assets. Now, you can view the metadata of your assets via the comfort of the CSV you always wanted without having to constantly download the assets along with it. Downloading metadata of your assets can be useful in a number of ways. Portal User Management UIThank you Bynder, for reworking the User Management interface. This is now far easier to work with.Interface remembers your fields Interface remembers your filtering optionsBefore these changes it was incredible difficult to use this and manage DAM users, if you wanted to edit a user and after you did so, returning back to the main page would reset the page to default removing all of your filters, you would have to reset them. eg. Status -Active/Inactive, Groups and Profile level.Another great improvement, keep it coming.

What you really need to know before your kick off with Bynder

As an Onboarding Manager, I work with a lot of teams in setting up their portals from the ground up. While we do make Onboarding as easy and even enjoyable as possible, it's also a collaborative effort between us and the client. As we always say--we will be the expert on all things Bynder, and your team will have to show up as the expert in all things related to your own assets, data, and restrictions.After a couple of years of working with clients day in and day out, here's what I've learned about what they should know and prepare for even before their kick off call:  Audit your assets. Even a quick audit of your assets would be helpful prior to starting your Onboarding process--just to give you an idea of what assets you have. This will later on help you determine what assets you want to keep in Bynder, and what assets could be stored elsewhere if needed.
