Hi everyone! has anyone had experience integrating Bynder with Microsoft Copilot or looked into it? Curious to hear what worked, what didn’t, and any tips you’d be willing to share.

Question for Bynder.. would it be too much to ask to let us select month or year in the date/range picker in advanced filters, instead of click on the arrows to get to a certain month or year..you now use at least 3 different kind of date pickers.this one in the advanced filters  this one for publication date which is better because you click on the month and get to the year: And a similar one in the Analytics which is also better then the one in advanced filters. My suggestion is, pick the one of the last 2 and ditch the one now in advanced filters.​​​​​​​I hope I am not the only one in this. 

Hi there,Is there a way of making all of the collections appear in the Collections tab to logged in users? I can make that happen by making the collections completely public, but I don’t want any old Dick or Harry gaining access if a link got misplaced. I understand I can give specific users access to each collection, but as new users will come and go and get added by other admin, I would rather the ability to provide full download access to any user who has login credentials. All the best, Miles

Hi Bynder team,I have a collcection that I publicly shared with my level 1 user colleagues. As they all have a Bynder account, they are automatically logged in and therefore cannot download the assets.  It would be great if there was a way to select which assets they can download without them having to use an incognito window.  Looking forward to a soon implementation.  KR,Johannes

I am currently pouring through all the analytics data. But what I found is something that I don’t think is correct in the advanced analytics.And I am specifically talking about the User analytics. Hopefully someone at Bynder can explain the rationale behind how and why it’s measured this way.So we have these figures for this month. feb 2026Now if I go back a month, and the total amount of users has changed, since there have been users added and deleted, but it isn’t reflected here. jan 2026If I go back even further the user amount stays the same. Which in turn would change the percentages every month. so I could go back as far as 2018. jan 2018The problem I have with this is that the percentages don’t match the month and year I am looking at. So I have no way of knowing what has changed, is it getting better is it getting worse. If you’re not diligent enough to save the data at the end of the month, you have proper data, but now it constantly changes. Maybe that’s the idea behind it. B

Hi all,I know that currently it’s not possible to automatically trigger other taxonomy selections based on one chosen option, but I wanted to ask whether this would be useful for others as well.For example:If a user selects optinion A at one metaproperty XX,it would automatically trigger selecting other selected options at metaproperty YY .We would benefit from it in use cases where the logic is always the same, and it could help reduce manual steps and avoid inconsistencies.Would this kind of dependency / automation between taxonomy fields be valuable for your teams too?Curious to hear if we’re the only ones who would benefit from this 😊
