We use additional files all the time for say different format versions, artwork files etc. It would be awesome to be able to upload additional files on the upload page Sometimes we have zip files that need to be uploaded as additional files to multiple assets. It would be great to bulk upload additional files to selected assets as currently it’s one at a time which is really manual and slow

We use presets and they are fab when uploaded. However it would be great to be able make a preset from the original asset already in the system.So for example I have a video asset already in the system and I want to upload a new version in another langauge, I’d like to upload this new asset but base it off an assets already in the system This would be such a great feature to have!

When I upload assets, the status only shows “failed” or “successful,” but it doesn’t explain why an asset failed. It becomes difficult and frustrating to understand what went wrong. Is there any way to get detailed error messages or logs for failed uploads?

Is it possible to duplicate a widget or section into a targeted page? I see how to make the duplicate within the same page, however, because I make updates to our homepage monthly and would like to be able to apply those updates to a targeted page that’s a mirror of the default page except for the additional options for those targeted users, this would create some efficiency.  Thanks!

Hello,I am having a hard time using the Bynder API to update asset metaproperties, and I’m unsure what the issue is. I followed this “tell me more” page which seems to suggest this is possible, but doesn’t give more detail specifically for metaproperties: I’m making a POST request to {my_bynder_address}/api/v4/media/{asset_id}, and I have confirmed I have correct authorization and a valid asset ID. When I make a GET request to this endpoint I successfully retrieve asset data.However, when I switch to a POST request and include my JSON body for the asset data update, nothing happens. I receive a “{"message":"Accepted","statuscode":202}” response, but the asset is never updated. Checking through the UI or the API both show unchanged metaproperties on the asset. Note that these metaproperties are strings, they do not have options associated with them. I have tried formatting my request’s JSON body both like {“metaproperty_name” : “value”} and {“metaproperty”: {“metaproperty_name” : “value

While the auto-tagging feature is helpful overall, it often applies tags that are contextually inaccurate, which negatively impacts search accuracy.For example, we have a beer called "Pilsner", but when users search for it, the results include any beer labeled as a pilsner-style (like Miller Lite - because the word “pilsner” is on the packaging), even if it's not the specific product they're looking for. This causes confusion and erodes trust in the system's ability to return relevant results.We need the ability to manually delete or override AI-generated tags when they are not relevant. This would help us maintain more accurate metadata and ensure a better user experience. 

As a main goal of our use of DAM is asset protection, I’m confused as to why downloads of derivative sizes from the Bynder asset bank don’t retain any of the embedded metadata. They do retain the keywords/tags, but none of the creator or copyright information (copyright being one of the more concerning fields). Is this a bug, or is this the way the system is meant to function?
