With the addition of Print PDFs in Studio can we also make sure we can use CMYK colors and have artboards be measured in inches (and centimeters). And lastly, can we have more ability to organize and separate templates (currently they just list as newest on top which is totally not helpful for finding things!), we should be able to list them alpha or by sub categories. Thanks!

Would it be much work to have an autofocus on metaproperty fields once you clicked on them? It would just make the experience so much faster, when entering metadata. I mean both in the multi edit fields but also the single asset edit.I find it mildly infuriating that once I click a metaproperty I have to click on the input field to start typing.For me this would a non issue that just is, but maybe that’s just me, would anyone else like this?

Is it just me or would having more capability to organize how your template categories show up in the module be helpful? I find it super frustrating they only list by order they are created, they should at least be able to be sorted alpha so a user can find what they need more readily. Currently the templates are not listed in a way where options related to each other are near each other and there’s no simple way for people to find things since it is random. With the addition of Print PDFs to studio we can now make templates meant for printing in Studio. But to make that work we really need to be able to set the templates by inches and centimeters. Please make it possible to set the size of the template with inches/cm’s so we can properly build them, thanks!

We are currently reviewing the native Bynder–Salesforce integration and its capabilities for asset performance tracking within Salesforce.After reviewing the documentation and integration manual shared by your team, we do not see asset performance metrics such as downloads, views, or usage being natively available inside Salesforce.Could you please let us know: Is it possible to track asset performance metrics such as downloads, views, or usage inside Salesforce? If there are any reference architectures, limitations, or considerations we should be aware of (for example, API rate limits, supported metrics, or data freshness)? Hi all,I wanted to open a discussion around the usability of template descriptions in the editor.Right now, the description is only visible when opening a template. Do you think it would be useful to have access to it at any point during editing? For example, through a dedicated section, tooltip, or a collapsible panel within the editor?From my perspective, having the description always accessible could be a helpful reference — especially for more complex templates or when guidelines and instructions are important to follow.I’m curious:Do others run into the same limitation? How do you currently handle this while editing? Would a persistent or easily accessible description improve your workflow?Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Request regarding related assets. We work quite a lot with related assets, and several users have asked about the option to select all related assets to either download, share or create a collection. Is this something you have looked into - or plan to look into? /Caroline 

As a suggestion for improvement and innovation regarding the modules, we would like to note that, for the Workflows module, the asset approval system currently works for images that do not contain text or do not require zooming in to view details. As an area for improvement, it would be ideal to have the option to zoom in to the original size or a “magnifying glass” feature that allows users to view the content within the image in detail. Currently, if teams want to validate the text in an image, they must download the asset, view it, and approve it there. Thank you very much, Team. Dear all, I found past mouth “Homepage” option in Homepage menu in my sandobx environment. My question is: how to activate in Producion Enviroment (I don’ see this opzion naturally). Thanks in advance

Wondering if anyone else has experienced sudden Bynder changes and platform issues in the past few weeks that go seemingly unexplained. Few weeks ago we lost our dedicated Bynder Customer guy with no actual new person assigned to our team. Ever since, everything we worked on together stopped happening and if I send an email with an issue, it goes unaswered. Or I get general email from the Bynder team with something like: “we are looking into it” However, there is no more ever follow up.Few days ago the platform itself started acting up. Uploads randomly fail, random data is assigned to new uploads which seems to be automatically copied from my last upload and so on. No answer from the Bynder team. No follow up.Just wondering if this is all just random coincidence or the company is going into bankruptcy or something like that. Anyone else?
