If you want to use your Bynder images in Canva designs, this is the easiest integration ever.

There's a Bynder icon box in Canva under "more.” Click it, and then all you have to do is login to your portal, put the portal url in Canva, and your assets and collections will appear, available for placement

Click the Bynder icon. Why did I have a little red z in this screenshot? No idea
Place your cat photos using the Bynder connector pane

Hello -

I see that this was posted a few years ago. Can you tell me more about this Canva integration? Can you upload from Canva to Bynder and visa versa? Is this something that Bynder has to turn on?

Thanks for your help.

Wow, thanks so much for sharing this post — I wasn’t aware of it! After testing it myself, I shared the info with our marketing team, and they’re excited about the possibilities. 😊

At the moment, we don’t need to upload the assets back to the DAM, but I can imagine that changing in the near future.
@Claire , could you please look into the possibility of sending the newly created assets back to the DAM, as @mglidden  suggested?

Thanks a lot for your time.

Wendy

@mglidden thank you for resurfacing this post.

That is correct. There is a free integration with Canva that was built by Canva. You can do the following:

  • Browse, search, and add your Bynder assets within your Canva designs.
  • Easily export Canva designs directly back to your Bynder DAM

See here and here for additional information

@vendula onisko So happy to hear that! To answer your question, yes, when you are working on a design in Canva, you can use an asset from your DAM and then send that Canva design back to your Bynder DAM.
