Making collections accessible to logged in users without making them completely public

Hi there,

Is there a way of making all of the collections appear in the Collections tab to logged in users? 

I can make that happen by making the collections completely public, but I don’t want any old Dick or Harry gaining access if a link got misplaced. 

I understand I can give specific users access to each collection, but as new users will come and go and get added by other admin, I would rather the ability to provide full download access to any user who has login credentials.
