This is intended to help you understand more about the LinkrUI integration and its capabilities. LinkrUI is a plugin for the Adobe Creative Suite connecting InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, and AfterEffects with both Bynder DAM and Webdam products.  Users are able to interface with their DAM directly through the Adobe Creative Cloud product.  Assets used in projects are synchronized from the DAM, eliminating the need for manual updates of layouts when changes happen.The plugin was created so that users can save time by editing metadata and tags from within Adobe CC and/or Microsoft Office 365, preventing workflows from being disrupted. Many of our customers have shared that cloud storage services like Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox are an integral part of their day-to-day processes. They have asked for a more seamless way to connect with these cloud-based storage services and simplify syncing of their assets. As a result, we have developed a connector for Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox. With these integrations, users can sync finalized assets from a chosen folder to Bynder for use across their organization. How does it work? Configuration is simple. Configure the connector from within Bynder’s settings, selecting the folder or folders to be served. There are a ton of AI technologies, albeit, most are very new and in beta, out there today. At Bynder, we’re approaching the use and implementation of AI to focus on the actual positive impact a particular AI technology can have on your day-to-day operations. Some things are not applicable for a DAM. For example, Adobe’s Firefly technology which utilizes generative visual AI to create content variations, are great for creative tools, but not for a DAM. We understand the importance of keeping your portal's look and feel on-brand, and until now, we have been involved in every custom theming request, and there was a cost associated with most of them.With our latest release, we are empowering you to make some changes yourself, without relying on us, and free of charge. We have built three self-service pages that will allow you to manage some elements of your theming experience for free. As an Onboarding Manager, I work with a lot of teams in setting up their portals from the ground up. While we do make Onboarding as easy and even enjoyable as possible, it's also a collaborative effort between us and the client. As we always say--we will be the expert on all things Bynder, and your team will have to show up as the expert in all things related to your own assets, data, and restrictions.After a couple of years of working with clients day in and day out, here's what I've learned about what they should know and prepare for even before their kick off call:  Audit your assets. Even a quick audit of your assets would be helpful prior to starting your Onboarding process--just to give you an idea of what assets you have. This will later on help you determine what assets you want to keep in Bynder, and what assets could be stored elsewhere if needed. Knowing what assets you have will also give you a leg up in determining possible metadata and restrictions about your assets! Fi
