Good morning DAM Experts!Quick question for you, we’re looking at incorporating video on our homepage tiles, specifically for the homepage banner. When you first land on our DAM page, has anyone been able to add video loops to it? We want to upload a drone shot for our page. Is there any way to upload video onto the homepage banners at the top? Thank you,Bennett

Has anyone had luck with Orbiit? I have been burned 2 or 3 times with my connection not showing up, and there is never any follow up or support from Orbiit. I have emailed them to say the other person never arrived, but they don’t respond. I really want to connect with out DAM admins, but the service doesn’t seem to work

Since implementing the DAT-UI within UCV, this means a user can transform assets within the UCV itself. “Has this ever happened to you?” You want to view and use the metadata in your assets in outside of Bynder but when you go to download a CSV of your metadata it downloads the physical assets along with the metadata?  If the answer is yes, we understand how frustrating this can be. As an onboarding manager, I have heard from many customers asking about this and I’m sure many of you have as well. We are proud to say those days are over. That’s why we recently introduced the ability to download just the metadata information to a CSV without downloading the physical assets. Now, you can view the metadata of your assets via the comfort of the CSV you always wanted without having to constantly download the assets along with it. Downloading metadata of your assets can be useful in a number of ways. Portal User Management UIThank you Bynder, for reworking the User Management interface. This is now far easier to work with.Interface remembers your fields Interface remembers your filtering optionsBefore these changes it was incredible difficult to use this and manage DAM users, if you wanted to edit a user and after you did so, returning back to the main page would reset the page to default removing all of your filters, you would have to reset them. eg. Status -Active/Inactive, Groups and Profile level.Another great improvement, keep it coming.
