Great to see you in the Community @Michael H! We appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. As we grow in our peer to peer connection program, we are exploring new ways to prevent customer no-shows and improve that experience. That is very frustrating!

We do have many new and repeat participants that find much value in the program. That said, if you would like to participate in the upcoming event I will stay connected to you and your match throughout the process. 

I would love to be able to personally help facilitate your next peer connection event chat.

For other users that have experienced a no-show, how to we follow-up? I have attempted to email the participants that didn’t come, and I have even clicked the follow-up emails from Orbiit “My conversation didn’t happen 😟” but no one ever responds. It is disheartening, so I’d love some feedback on the right way to handle these things.
Maybe it will prove helpful for another user in the future, upon reading this

I have also created this article to cover some common FAQs regarding the program. That said, we're in the process of exploring our no-show policy and plan to be more proactive in future.

@Michael H I think I’ve done about 4 or 5 of these over the last few years and always found them to be a fantastic experience. Sometimes it just takes a bit of effort to adjust timings, especially if you get paired with people outside of your immeadiate timezone; can often be a challenge here when we are based in New Zealand :-)
