Text formatting from Word to an item

Hi,I want to paste text from a word document into an item so that I can then copy-paste content from the item into a Drupal page. My question is: If I copy-paste text with links from a word document into an item inside a text field, will additional HTML from word be imported with that too or would that be removed/formatted?The word doc has lots of links and I wouldn’t want to readd them manually in the item. But I just want to make sure that this automatic action doesn’t add “rubbish” html from word to the item and then to the Drupal page.  Thanks!

Who to contact about trouble with the Bynder Plug-in for Wordpress?

Hey Bynder Community,     I am at the start of rolling out Bynder to my entire companies creatives, executives, and sales teams. A real tough spot has been getting support from the “support@bynder.com” and success team. I’m on  a time crunch and they just haven’t responded to our issue we put in early this week.The issue: Currently, we have hit a roadblock with my dev team setting up the bynder plugin on our companies website. When they try to set up the integration, they get a message “No integrations yet, please contact customer success manager.” I have two questions.Is there a way to put this in place ourselves? How can I figure out who my customer success manager is?I’m not sure if it is the guy who has responded back to previous e-mails to the customer-success e-mail or if I should be looking for someone else. I am currently just waiting for responses from the support and success e-mails and its not going over well with management.  Thank you all.

Linking Assets: how to link similar assets so they show up

I have UGC clips with night vision camera of Ring. I want to link similar visuals. I’ve file name which is unique but the keywords are shared and common. How to link assets so they show up in the search same time.RegardsHarishDAM Ring/ Amazon

Why don't I receive a notification before I exceed my license limit?

 To provide a better experience for my colleagues using Bynder, I wanted to provide an update in advance on how many licenses we have left. Can I receive a notification whenever we are reaching the limit?

Support Tab on Login

Hi. Can someone explain the Support Tab on the login page, we are testing it out and Admin has not received any notifications. Is this tab for Bynder Support or Admin Support? Sorry I have not been able to find any topics on this. This would be awesome for a user to request an account. Right now users are going to our IT dept.
