Bynder Company Changes

Wondering if anyone else has experienced sudden Bynder changes and platform issues in the past few weeks that go seemingly unexplained. 

Few weeks ago we lost our dedicated Bynder Customer guy with no actual new person assigned to our team. Ever since, everything we worked on together stopped happening and if I send an email with an issue, it goes unaswered. Or I get general email from the Bynder team with something like: “we are looking into it” However, there is no more ever follow up.

Few days ago the platform itself started acting up. Uploads randomly fail, random data is assigned to new uploads which seems to be automatically copied from my last upload and so on. No answer from the Bynder team. No follow up.

Just wondering if this is all just random coincidence or the company is going into bankruptcy or something like that. Anyone else?
