Hi,

Has something changed in Bynder? We are using the automatically created thumbnail /thul/ derivative for our website.  But since this week this has stopped working, getting the notice the assets are not public. However these assets have never been public and the past five years we have never had an issue showing the thumbnail derivative. 

Has anything changed and if so, can we change this back ourselves so we don’t have to change thousands of links. 

Hi ​@w.wietsma. This was an unexpected outcome from a bug fix that went live earlier this week. Since it also caused the API links to stop working, the development team has rolled back the change, and things should now be back to normal. Please let me know if this issue persists.

Hi Ryanne, for us it doesn’t seem fixed yet as you can see here on the first thumbnail image. Like I said this has been working for 5 years without issues. 

Thank you for flagging ​@w.wietsma! I have sent this to the team to further troubleshoot. I will let you know when I have an update.
