Hi everyone,
We’re trying to simplify how our Sales team shares images taken on their iPhones. Due to heavy tagging requirements and general unfamiliarity with the tool, using the Bynder web interface feels like a lot of extra work (opening a browser, clicking through multiple steps), which slows adoption.
At a minimum, we need to capture:
-
Image
-
Location taken
-
Product name
Ideally, Sales could submit images quickly (with minimal data entry), and our team would enrich metadata later in the Bynder Waiting Room.
We’re considering a few options (Bynder app, email intake, or SharePoint upload), but each has challenges around keeping the image and metadata together when pushing assets into Bynder.
Questions:
-
Has anyone implemented a lightweight, mobile-friendly intake workflow for Sales or field teams?
-
Have you successfully used email, SharePoint, Power Automate, or another tool as a front door into Bynder?
Any tips or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
