In case it’s helpful to you, you might consider a tool like bitly to create shorter links. Though this would be manual.

I may have misunderstood, but I thought that using a 3rd party tool was not an option.

reply: The ability to shorten or truncate the long url generated when using the transfer function is not possible within Bynder.

Right it’s not built in to Bynder but you could get the transfer link from Bynder and pop it in a third party url shortener to get a shorter one
