Hi @Neha Pradhan, welcome to the Community! Thank you for taking the time to ask your question. I saw these steps in the knowledge base that might be helpful to you. Please let me know if this is not what you’re looking for.

  1. Navigate to Portal Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Advanced settings > Portal settings.
    • In the left sidebar, click User Access Request.
  2. Edit Form Fields:

    • In the Available form fields section, click Edit fields.
    • Locate the field labeled “Contact Name” and update it to “Syngenta Contact Name”.
    • Locate the field labeled “Contact Email” and update it to “Syngenta Contact Email”.
  3. Save Changes:

    • After updating the labels, click Done to save your changes.
  4. Translations (Optional):

    • If your portal supports multiple languages, you can add translations for each field label under the Translations section.

Hi @Ryanne Perry, Thank you for your prompt response. However, I don’t have the necessary permissions to manage the portal settings, so I kindly request that this can be handled  from the backend.

Thanks for confirming your access. I’m not able to make this change directly, but your CSM or Support team should be able to look into it with you. You can submit a support ticket through the process here, or I’m happy to do that for you. Also looping in your CSM @Meghan Gill.
