Preview documents is not working as it should

Thanks for raising this, ​@rgreen! I’m not seeing this reported as a known issue from other customers, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look and troubleshoot with you. I am happy to do so on your behalf as well.

We entered support ticket first (Sep 22, 2025, 11:48 PDT) and were not have much luck with our production issue so I posted here.

Thanks so much for your patience, @rgreen! I see there’s been movement on the ticket, and the incident should now be resolved. Please let me know if you continue to have any issues with this.

I have discovered the same issue.  PDF previews do not show the entire document until you download.  I opened a ticket in regards to it as well.

I have just reviewed the ticket and wanted to share the update in case it’s valuable to other users who might experience the same issue.

It looks like the issue was related to how the QR code was layered in the original PDF. The file included some empty image containers placed on top of the QR code, which caused it to be hidden in certain previews (including Bynder’s).

Once those extra layers were removed and the file was re-saved, the QR code displayed correctly.

To make sure your QR code previews properly, we recommend removing any overlay layers or re-exporting the PDF without interactive elements covering the code.
