Starting today many PDFs in our Library the preview feature does not work like it should.  Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for raising this, ​@rgreen! I’m not seeing this reported as a known issue from other customers, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look and troubleshoot with you. I am happy to do so on your behalf as well.


We entered support ticket first (Sep 22, 2025, 11:48 PDT) and were not have much luck with our production issue so I posted here.


Thanks so much for your patience, @rgreen! I see there’s been movement on the ticket, and the incident should now be resolved. Please let me know if you continue to have any issues with this.
