API to support Waiting Room Media files

Great question ​@Sandesh Suvarna ,this is something I’ve heard requested from other customers as well. At this time, it’s not a capability that’s currently available, but I’d love to learn more about your specific use case. The more context you can share, the more it helps strengthen the product insights we pass along to our team.

On a related note, there are plans for a new unified workflow experience as part of upcoming Workspace features. I’m following this internally and will be sure to share an update here as soon as I have more to pass along.

About our Use case in Waiting Room API:

1. Advance Analytics on Waiting Room
2. Email Customization for Waiting Room’s Media files
3. Follow up emails for long pending Media files.
4. Custom standardization for Media Files.
