Hey Bynder Community,
I am at the start of rolling out Bynder to my entire companies creatives, executives, and sales teams. A real tough spot has been getting support from the “support@bynder.com” and success team. I’m on a time crunch and they just haven’t responded to our issue we put in early this week.
The issue: Currently, we have hit a roadblock with my dev team setting up the bynder plugin on our companies website. When they try to set up the integration, they get a message “No integrations yet, please contact customer success manager.” I have two questions.
Is there a way to put this in place ourselves?
How can I figure out who my customer success manager is?
I’m not sure if it is the guy who has responded back to previous e-mails to the customer-success e-mail or if I should be looking for someone else. I am currently just waiting for responses from the support and success e-mails and its not going over well with management.
