The peer-to-peer connection program aims to provide a space where Bynder peers can connect virtually and share resources, knowledge, and support. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Notification of Cancellation:

  1. All cancellations must be communicated via the program’s designated communication channels (e.g., email, calendar invite, directly to the Community Manager)
  2. Participants are encouraged to notify their peers and the Community Manager as soon as they decide to cancel.

Cancellation Window:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Your calendar invite gives you full edit rights. If you run into issues, please reach out to our Community Manager (see contact at the bottom of this article).

No-Show Policy:

If a participant fails to attend a session without prior notice ("no-show"), it will be recorded. Repeated no-shows (three or more instances) may result in temporary suspension from the program.

Exceptions

Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies happen. Participants who need to cancel due to an emergency (e.g., illness, or family emergency) should contact the Community Manager as soon as possible. These cases will be reviewed individually, and exceptions may be made by the Customer Experience team.

Technical Issues:

If technical issues prevent a participant from attending a session, they should report the problem immediately. The session may be rescheduled.

Rescheduling

Mutual Agreement:

If participants need to reschedule a session, they are encouraged to mutually agree on a new time. If support to reschedule is needed, please reach out to the Community Manager to assist.

Administrative Assistance:

If participants cannot agree on a new time, they may ask the Community Manager, Ryanne Perry, for assistance in finding a suitable alternative.

Changes by the Program

Program-Initiated Cancellations:

In rare cases, the program may need to cancel or reschedule sessions. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered another chance to participate at a future date and time.

Session Modifications:

The program reserves the right to modify session details (e.g., time, date, format) with prior notice. Participants will be given the option to accept the changes or participate at another time.
