You’re new here? 🤩Awesome, we are so glad to have you! Let’s get you started on the right foot with 5 quick tips:
Â
1. Customize your profileÂ
Let us get to know you a little better by adding some or all of the following:
- A profile picture - can be an avatar if that is what you’re most comfortable with
- Where in the world you’re fromÂ
- A quick bit about you  what matters most to you and motivates youÂ
- Your pronouns to help your new friends address you correctly.Â
- A signature that will be displayed at the bottom of all of your posts.
2. Don't be afraid to ask
Don’t be afraid to jump right in and start your own question or discussion - that’s the reason you’re here, right? If a reply is too technical or complicated, don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
Â
3. Search before you start a new topic
It’s possible that the question you have has been asked before. Do a quick search in the community before you start a new question or discussion using the search bar at the top of every page. If you can’t find the information that you’re looking for, go ahead and create a new topic. This article explains how to do that.
Â
4. Be detailed when you describe your question / issue
When you have a question or information to share, include as much information as possible in the original post. This will help other users understand exactly what you want to know or share.
Note:Â Never post any private information (Phone number, Email address, etc.). This is a public community and posts with personal information will be removed for your safety.
Â
5. Be patient & don't spamÂ
Sometimes it might take a little bit of time until the right user reads your question. Please don’t share the same question in several categories, especially if the category is not related to your specific question. Duplicate questions will be removed to reduce confusion.
