Introducing New Portal Theming Experience
Userlevel 6

Hi Bynder community 👋

We are excited to announce a new feature that will give you more control over your portal's theming experience. We understand the importance of keeping your portal's look and feel on-brand, and until now, we have been involved in every custom theming request, and there was a cost associated with most of them.

With our latest release, we are empowering you to make some changes yourself, without relying on us, and free of charge. We have built three self-service pages that will allow you to manage some elements of your theming experience for free. You can now upload and manage your theming fonts from the Font Manager Page, change primary and secondary colors, choose a font for your headers and body text from the Portal Theming Page, and even change the favicon of your portal from the Favicon Page.

We understand that every brand is unique, and these three pages will allow you to personalize your portal to better represent your brand. Moreover, from these three pages you can manage not only your DAM theming experience but also the one of your Brand Guidelines, Creative Workflow, Digital Brand Templates, and Print Brand Templates.

Please note that for now, not all of our current customers can access this feature. For those that can, your Admin Users need to have the 'manage portal settings' permission enabled.

More information about this feature is available in our KB article, which we encourage you to read here. If you have any questions or feedback about this new feature, please let us know in the comments below!

We hope you find this new theming experience useful and that it helps you better showcase your brand. We are excited to see what you create!

@Ryanne Perry these new tools are so easy to use. We have recently been through a minor brand update and I was dreading making changes through the designers because of the endless back and forth; the new tools are super easy to use.

Are there any updates on new tools and options for managing Homepage content? That Homepage management is crying out for an upgrade; especially if you are trying to manage 10+ different language versions and market level permissions through profiles and groups?!?
