Does anyone else find the language on the Download Disclaimers awkward and confusing?

I’ve recently submitted a ticket to the product team as an improvement request and would like to see if anyone else would also benefit from this. 

Instead of “The following restriction is in effect”, I propose “In order to download this media, please agree to the following disclaimer and/or instructions.” Instead of “Show for which media”, I propose “Show which asset(s) this disclaimer applies to”. This last bit of text does not appear to be clickable so adding a drop down carrot would make for a strong visual call to action.

Currently, only the middle text (labeled “TEST”) is the only part we can tweak. If you think you could benefit from these updates, then please give a shout out. I’m hoping this will bump up my request to a reality in the future for all of us.
