Duplicate sections to a targeted page

Is it possible to duplicate a widget or section into a targeted page? I see how to make the duplicate within the same page, however, because I make updates to our homepage monthly and would like to be able to apply those updates to a targeted page that’s a mirror of the default page except for the additional options for those targeted users, this would create some efficiency.
