I need to resend a user an invite, however the RESEND EMAIL button doesnt appear when I follow the Knowledge Base instructions.
Settings/Users & Rights/User Management
Select the User
Select the pencil to edit
which takes me to the user’s details but nowehere can I see a resend invite option.
Hoping someone can advise.

The “resend invite” button will only be available on user accounts that are active, and have not yet setup a password. If the user meets this criteria and you are still unable to see the button, please submit a support ticket with the user’s email for our team to investigate: https://support.bynder.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
