Your portal needs to be set up with a custom CDN in order to use the Universal Compact View component, as noted here:

How common is it for customers to use a custom CDN?

Is there an issue with the default CDN (Bynder’s AWS Cloudfront) that would prevent Universal Compact View from functioning?

Welcome to the Community ​@ari1! Thanks for taking the time to ask your question. There should not be any issues with the default CDN that would prevent Universal Compact View from functioning. Current customers can use our CDN and will not need to create a custom one.
